A 'Drawry Story' would begin with a blank sheet of paper and we would decide who was going to be the main character. In this case my granddaughter pointed to a car and exclaimed: "Look at that cheeky little yellow car!" This then became the theme and we had to imagine what this naughty car would get up to. It finally sees the error of its ways when it makes a big mistake and realises how badly it has treated his neighbours.

  • Tale of a Patriot

    Grandpa Casey

Paperback (Independently published, Aug. 18, 2018)
Am I BRITISH, OR AM I AN AMERICAN. During the American Revolution, every Colonist had to decide. No one was spared; everyone was affected by the war. Follow Joe as he joins the Continental Navy and helped in the creation of a new country. He took part in some of the most memorable naval battles of the war. Joe was with the Marines when they captured Nassau and with John Paul Jones, when he shouted “I HAVE NOT YET BEGUN TO FIGHT.” Joining Washington, in Yorktown, when the British surrendered. Lafayette made him his aide during the peace talks in France. Since the written accounts of some naval encounters are vague, this is my interpretation of the events. THINGS COULD HAVE HAPPENED THIS WAY. This story is written to honor all the unknown naval heroes of the American Revolution. Now you can have all four parts under one cover. This book is dedicated to all the Unsung Heroes of the Revolutionary War
