There is only one extreme that comes to mind to replace such a word, the chemical name for Titin. Titin is a protein that is found in all human beings. It's chemical name is 189,819 characters long - that's right.... almost 200 thousand letters long. That should be an appropriate slap-in the face to any conversation in this classic work that tries to slip the n-word by as if it isn't an entire derailment to the communication process. Each time in this book, where the person would usually utter the "n word", instead they recite the ENTIRE chemical name of Titin. That can help bring a closer ambience to the thought-derailment that this single word can bring about today.
