Callum Tyler has just turned sixteen. But it’s not a sweet sixteen. Just when it seems nothing will go right for Callum, the school’s outsider Peter Lattimer comes to him with a proposal. Lattimer is a legend in his own mind, but he’s convinced he and Callum can overcome the odds and put together a band to win the Battle of the Bands - and meet some hot chicks on the way. At first Callum is doubtful, but Lattimer is persuasive and instils self-belief in Callum that sees them rock into the final of the Battle.
