    Jim Neville

    (Independently published, May 7, 2018)
In a universe populated by robots and immortals, 17 year old Lizbeth Owens was a fan of antiquity. She listened as ancient relics spoke to her, painted their visions, and sang their songs. Lizbeth's interest in the past set her apart from society. She was already a misfit within her family. They were gifted psychics of one skill or another - Lizbeth was not. Her lack of ability withered in the shadow of her great-grandfather, Zach Saxon. He was the greatest psychic who ever lived. Her Pappy Zach was the legend who saved humanity, cured the robots, healed the planet, anchored the cornerstone of their society, and instigated the union of humans and robots. Lizbeth was the President of the History Club. Lizbeth, and her robot friend Sherlock Holmes, turn history upside down while researching the cause of humanity's near extinction. Lizbeth's robot grandmother thought it would be a Pandora's Box, but it turned out to be a Rosetta Stone of hidden truth. And it was discovered just in time. Her Pappy Zach takes action to stifle an enigma that only his intuition recognizes as a threat. He trains a new group of psychics to thwart this menace and for some unknown reason, Lizbeth is selected to be part of the team. Zach finds an old foe on Mars who wants revenge. This old adversary becomes obsessed with killing Zach Saxon and will destroy the entire planet to do it. Luckily for Zach and Earth, they find an "imaginary friend" on Mars as well. This new friend joins forces with Zach's team to battle a common foe. So, what can a history geek contribute to an epic battle between planets? I suppose you'll have to read the story to find out.

  • Crux of the Panacea:

    Jim Neville

    (Independently published, Nov. 29, 2017)
A Sci-Fi Romance Adventure All life on Earth has been destroyed by the Sentient Worm. This computer code slithers through electronic circuits like a serpent. Every negative emotion known to man is amplified as it turns droids into demons. The creator of this twisted infection was a Maureen O-Series tech droid. She was the first droid on the planet to achieve sentience and simply named herself Mo. The SS Mayflower is the last hope of humanity. It's a seed ship from Earth which left hundreds of years before the scourge of the Mo Droids. The Mayflower is the polar opposite of the Mo Droid. Its society is based on the principle of love. The crew of the Mayflower won their battle against the Sentient Worm 13 years prior. The hero of this battle was a man who was still learning of his psychic potential. It was a dangerous potential and the reason he was discarded from Earth like a bag of putrid refuse almost 500 years prior. He didn't win his battle alone. He was aided by his droid wife who gained sentience through love. The terraforming of planet Gaea is nearly complete when the Mayflower learns they're not alone in the universe. Are they allies or foes? This book answers that question as we discover the true potential of the children of the Mayflower. One of the children is more powerful than anyone who has ever lived, or at least that is what we are led to believe at first. This is a battle between pure love and absolute evil. The battle ground is space. The weapons are both scientific and paranormal. NOTE: This is the PG-13 version of Mr. Saxon & the Mo Droid. The first edition of this book was titled, Crux of Paramour, Book 2, Panacea.
