This collection spans four years of my mental breakdowns and venting. I found that poetry gave me the peace I needed during the struggles of my life from homelessness to watching multiple people close to me commit suicide. The traumas of my life have given me perspective and piece of mind. We never truly get over any of it, but at least this book is here to say we aren't alone.
