Diamonds are Forever is the fourth novel written by Ian Fleming featuring the infamous British Secret Service agent, Commander James Bond. Diamonds are Forever takes place just two months after the end of Moonraker, which ended with James Bond taking a vacation. The story revolves around Bond’s attempts at infiltrating a smuggling ring which is trafficking diamonds from African mines to the United States. Diamonds are Forever is followed by From Russia, With Love.
