I have been asked why I chose green for the color of my characters. I am glad to be asked this, because there is a very special reason. Green is the color we see when something like a plant or a tree is growing healthy and strong. The people in this book are green because the love inside of them is growing as they love others. The love inside of us will grow more and more as we share it every day. We can be “green and growing” too as long we we look for ways to share the love that is inside each and every one of us!Author Bio: Dee Dee Barbour lives in a small rural town in Marshall County, West Virginia, with her husband, Chris, son, Carson, two dogs, two hermit crabs, one fish and one frog. Before staying home to raise her son and devote more time to writing, Dee Dee was employed as an elementary school teacher. When not writing Dee Dee enjoys spending time with her family and friends.
