Sometimes parents can be so embarrassing! That’s how the student in this book feels during Parent Share Day. But when the narrator’s dad starts dancing in front of the whole class and no one makes fun of him, an important lesson is learned. This humorous rhyming book enforces positive social skills and is best suited for preschool and early elementary school.Petra Craddock is a certified reading specialist and a mom of two. She has a BA degree in elementary education and a MA degree in Language and Literacy. The illustrator, Jeff Newsted, has studied cartooning at Columbia College in Chicago and has illustrated the cover art for children's musical groups and greeting cards.
