The Finish Line is about two young men fresh out of high school. Chris is an over achiever who never fails. Jeff is always coming in second. His grades are average, he cannot get a date, and he wants so much to be like Chris. Jeff is smarter than he thinks, but he is sadly lacking in self confidence. The two boys ran cross-country together in high school. Chris was the Texas State Champion. Jeff barely qualified. A billionaire hunter, George C. Clinton, is bored. He wants to find the perfect game. Something that will give him the thrill of the hunt. He learns about Chris and Jeff and he invites the boys to his West Texas ranch. He wanted a challenging hunt, and he is about to get it.
