    This is not a Print-on-Demand or facsimile book. It has a copyright of 1914 and was printed by Doubleday, Page & Company, Garden City, New York with a date of 1916. It contains black and white and color illustrations made from photographs of trees. A pocket-sized manual that was well-designed to have pictures of each tree at the edge of the page.
