Jake is a boy who has self esteem issues and doesn't think he can do anything. Until all of a sudden he hits the limelight. His best friend Keith is his main influence and takes him out of his comfort zone. He has bullying issues, anxiety and feels lonely a lot of the times which causes him to talk to himself (the reader).I recommend this book to anyone who loves Junie B. Jones books.
