In Spanish, passive “se” can be used to form passive voice without a helping verb. This is quite different from German, conjugated “werden” and “sein” are used with the past participle, pp, to form passive voice. Processual passive emphasizes the action itself - what is happening, and who or what caused the action is unimportant. Statal passive is used to describe the condition after an action. Past participle, pp is also used with conjugated helping verb of “HABEN” and “SEIN” to form perfect tense.
