It also stopped the research escaping. It was the third accident that attracted Corporate’s attention. It didn’t matter it was only an accident, internal procedures dictated someone independent had to review it. Two days was all it would take and the job paid well. Almost too well. At least they were up front about it being cold and they didn’t lie about the research being sensitive. They didn’t, however, tell me that it involved human cloning and they also neglected to tell me of the clones’ propensity for violence.
