He lives on a canal, surrounded by many small animals and enjoys an interesting life. He meets his lifetime mate Joan and father’s his own baby ducks who are born the normal Mallard Duck colours, much to his relief. The dark skinned cruel Poacher makes the life of all the animals and fish in the area miserable, how can they possibly make him and is evil friends go away? This book was written for boys and girls of 4 to 7 who love animals, but there is absolutely no reason why adults should not enjoy also. This is the very latest version, now much larger than the original book.
