Word lists with English definitions in every chapter, so you can get instant translations of any difficult words and focus on listening and enjoying the stories rather than wasting time in a dictionary Summaries of each conversation which contextualize each dialogue, so you can easily follow the plot and enjoy the story without getting lost. • A Conversation

    Colt Alexander

    (, Aug. 3, 2015)
"A Conversation" is a short story, in which readers have a discussion with an unnamed narrator planning an act of mass violence. The story revolves around the culture of being special in America, and the failure to achieve such goals. What happens when a teenager desperate for attention and to be special decides that the way to do that is through violence? A brief story, "A Conversation" will force you to think about the way in which our society treats its young people, our response to such violence, and the way in which we choose to ignore the very themes of the story.
