Paperback (Independently published, Aug. 12, 2018)
《I am hiding my pain deep inside but surviving magically..》```“Mysterious Moments’ is a poetry anthology that discusses mental illnesses, aiming to raise the profile of the long-forgotten mental health. It was never intended to be triggering, but it is an attempt to reveal a depressed person's inner war and feelings of despair in order for society to recognize mental illnesses and the importance of mental health. The book shows a multitude of emotions with varying attitudes (towards the healthier). It exhibits healthy coping mechanisms and bits of advice from a fellow friend in the same boat. It starts off with obvious feelings of hopelessness and lack of self-esteem until the point where the victim can think of nothing but suicide. Many victims give up at this point, but the book sheds light on how to fight or battle through with many bits of advice. When feeling down in the dumbs, “Mysterious Moments” aims to tell the reader he/she is not alone. It’s okay to admit they aren’t alright. The first step of recovery is realizing there is a problem and then stepping out of the cocoon and speaking out to reach solutions. Suicide is never the solution, and so the book aims to help the reader fight through if in crisis and exhibits the reality of mental illness to everyone. A mentally distressed girl with a pen.
