Goldie AKA Genya had the first all girl band Goldie and The Gingerbreads. The first female producer to ever rock and punk bands like The Dead Boys considered the best of the punk era recording. Genya produced Ronnie Spector. She is in the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame museum Women In Rock. Awarded Pioneer award for Goldie and The Gingerbreads. Genya had a band in the 70's Ten Wheel Drive. Ten member horn band and the music left a huge mark on the industry. Working now with Little Stevens Underground Garage (Springsteen/Sopranos) as a guest hosted on Sirius/XM (when not recording herself) she has two shows, Chicks and Broads and at Little Stevens request the name of the show is ' Goldies Garage' A musical of Cheesecake Girl is in the works and lots of interest for a film. Genya Ravan also has the soundtrack ' Cheesecake Girl' CD available.
