Paperback (Independently published, May 1, 2019)
Boys are being left behind. Our society has encouraged empowering girls for decades and we are seeing the results today. There are more females in college than males. Women are running companies, winning elections, and are viewed as equals in society, but now, boys are stagnating. Boys are, on average, two years behind girls in school. They are more likely to drop out of school, be left behind, and also be suspended. Many are choosing not to pursue a higher education and heading into the workforce right away, leaving them optionless. We have to empower ALL children of both genders; as equals. I AM A CHAMPION encourages boys to be the best version of themselves; teaching them that they can strive to become whatever they want to be in life and motivates them to be a champion for all. It is time to focus on boys building confidence and good character. If we empower ALL children today, society will have a better tomorrow!
