I Like Rocks! expresses the love and intrigue children have for rocks. Tally has always been enthusiastic about rocks. Tally's Grandpa, and his wonderful rock collection reinforced much of her early interest. This book is the outcome of years of enjoying rocks, and a desire to share that joy with others. The focus is to express the love, diversity of, and lifelong pleasure of sharing rocks. The fact that Tally has spina bifida and uses a wheelchair and other equipment is secondary to the fact that she has always loved rocks. . . and still does today.
