This is the story of Ben and his dog, Teeko, and Teeko’s flea, Hoppity. One sunny day, Ben takes Teeko (and Hoppity, too, of course) to the sand dunes to fly his kite. Teeko basks in the summer sun but Hoppity (being a fidgety flea) gets bored and has a little adventure. He’s a happy flea and loves exploring the rock pools, the sandcastles, the driftwood and the beautiful pebbles and shells. But when he hears a clickety click and sees an angry crab approaching, he fears for his life. After a nasty nip on his bottom from Carol the angry crab, Hoppity’s happy mood disappears. He can’t see Teeko, his beloved owner, and Ben’s kite has vanished too. To top it all, George the Gull spots him and announces that Hoppity is juicy enough to eat for his tea. Poor Hoppity. Whatever is going to happen to him? Will Teeko wake up and find him in time? Or will he become the greedy gull’s next snack?Find out more by reading this fun and exciting story that will have children everywhere rooting for a funny old fidgety flea called Hoppity.

  • Hippity Hop .... My Cat

    Trudy Underwood

Paperback (Tate Publishing, Feb. 11, 2014)
Youre in this story, and so am I. In our delight of God, his people, and common joys, we become reacquainted with one of senses to detect the Scent of Angels Wings. Cress wrote for us, but mostly for herself in the beginning. In the blackest, irremovable sorrow, she pounded the words down to drive out the demons and force them to disappear. Neither the demons nor the angels were eager to take leave.
