Books with title Halloween Pack: Pumpkin Eye

This is the fifth book in a series about a stuffed blue elephant named Rementa and his magic sword. The stories come from our family bedtime ritual and are told by my five and six year old sons with some help from me. The ritual was born out of a desire to let them participate in the story telling but also because of a lack of 'entry level' chapter books for readers of that age.

This children's picture book is about a special pumpkin patch in a small town. After families have picked out their pumpkin, they carve them and place special candle inside when lit turns the pumpkin's into magical Jack-O-Lanterns. The Jack-O-Lanterns come to life at night gathering to name a leader. Trick-or-treaters gather their candy amid the scary pumpkins. After Halloween, the magical pumpkins return to normal, their seeds are saved for the next generation of pumpkins and the pumpkins are given to the local farmers.
