An unusual arrangement of story-telling. The point of view is that of an elderly resident of a city neighborhood called simply 'Our Square' who observes events from a bench. But he also sometimes takes a hand with little arrangements and advice in the background. Each story can be read stand-alone so it is really easy to get the sense of the whole by reading one.
