Fit, Fun & Fabulous is based on a true story. At the age of eleven, I was faced with an unforeseen diagnosis of extremely high cholesterol. At the time, my knowledge of healthy food options was limited, as I frequently consumed "junk food" in large quantities. In addition, much of my spare time was spent watching television and playing computer games, greatly reducing the amount of time I spent engaging in physical activity. Fit, Fun & Fabulous reflects upon my journey toward a healthier lifestyle and has a mission to empower children to embrace a healthy lifestyle at a young age.
