Eat Your Vegetables, written by Kayla O’Donoghue and illustrated by Sarah Perry, is about a girl named Abby who, in the beginning of the book, will not eat her vegetables. Throughout the book, Abby’s mom and dad struggle to creatively find a way to help Abby see that vegetables really aren’t that bad. With the right imagination, they can even be fun!
