When you think of rats, itΒs hard not to think of dirty animals that spread diseases, but rats are actually very intelligent animals that can perform many helpful jobs for people. Because of their excellent sense of smell, rats are being trained to sniff out land mines mine, and they can even use their noses to tell if a person has tuberculosis.
