Artsy Animals in the Garden and Around the House focuses on animals and insects found in a common, everyday habitat. The Dolch Sight Words are included. Fine motor skills are enhanced with three dimensional suggested sculpture activities. The first three books are on similar levels of difficulty. Children will learn the vocabulary and reading sentences, enhance motor skills by drawing the characters and enjoy the experience of being creative in the second part of each lesson. They will learn to recognize the insects and animals that might be seen in their garden or around their house. When they color the animals, they learn colors in Spanish/English.
