When Caillou, his family, and his friend Leo go for a picnic in the woods, the two boys pretend to be brave knights, even after a thunderstorm comes up and chases everyone under shelter.

It's snowing, and all Caillou wants to do is to build a snowman! Mommy wants to take Rosie and Caillou to the market, so they can buy ingredients for a special cake. They find what they need, but Caillou gets lost in the store. Luckily, everything turns out in the end...and the snowman is delicious!

Caillou realizes that he is getting bigger, and he's sad to have outgrown his favorite T-shirt.

Caillou loves to play hide-and-seek. When he spends the day with his grandparents, Grandpa shows him a fantastic, secret place - a hollowed-out tree trunk in the backyard. Caillou finds an old toy in the ground nearby and learns this secret place used to be his daddy's favorite hiding spot when he was Caillou's age.

Caillou has dressed up to go out trick-or-treating with Daddy. Caillou meets his friends and arrives home with a large bag of treats to share.

Caillou looks forward to celebrating his birthday because he hopes to receive a green-and-red dinosaur.
