It not only increases their confidence, but also their efficiency and accuracy. In days when they are small, such kind of practices leave deep impression in their brain and the same shall help them through out their life.In this book there are 6 sections as shown below. There are numerous addition and subtraction sums of single and double digit. On every page, there is a section where you can write their points based on how many sums they answered correctly.At the bottom of the page, you will find answers to the above sums. This is to let children evaluate their skills on their own without the need of anyone else. We can just hope that they do not copy directly! That should also teach them about remaining honest.
