The deputies finally arrive and Jess leaves Hinkle to search for another vicious killer, Bruce Payne, who leaves a trail of dead bodies behind him.Payne proves to be a very elusive prey and Jess finds himself in several different predicaments. Trouble seems to get in his way at every turn, but he is determined to catch Payne and end his killing spree for good.
