My Kaua'i is a Bedtime Story about a day on the island of Kauai, Hawaii. It starts on the North Shore of Kauai and tells the story of a mother and child going around The Garden Island enjoying all the lovely sites. This full color book is for children from pre school to 4th grade and can be considered an early reader book. The illustrations and story were both created by Carol A. Peacock who is an art student of Fred Tangalin on the Hawaiian Island of Kaua'i. Besides learning impressionism oil painting she is also learning the ins and outs of all kinds of Children's Books. This is her journey of learning around her beloved island at her favorite inspiring locations from the North Shore all the way around to the West Side of Kaua'i. Carol lives full time on Kaua'i in the town of Lihue,HI with her husband, hula dancing daughter and cat, Antonio who has his own book - KAUAI KITTY Adoption of Antonio.
