In this Volume of short stories, the cast – Knight Aubriet, Makidon Tosham, Galan Estella and Mage Riadok have been summoned to the Tower of Dreams to quest for the ‘Armor of Light’. To the lonely ruins that surrounded the great Flying Tower of Macherras went the affable young mage Riadok, in search of the Girdle of Light. There the Centaur minion awaited him, and read how Riadok overcame the enigmatic Stairs of Truth, and defeat the hideous gorgon Medusa, in return for his prize. And so, the tower guardian Sheja aided the heroes’ to successfully recover the first four pieces of the Articles so far. Next, the adventurers are tasked to recover the next two pieces – this time, working in pairs.In the Sumeran Cordillera, Aubriet the Crown Prince and Riadok, Merlin’s Apprentice learned that the people of Yew Valley were being threatened and bewitched the cruel sorceress Phoebe; the guardian of the Shield of Sustenance, the seventh minion the Boy-Priest Ishram, asked that they first destroy Phoebe before he would give it to them.
