Hans Christian Andersen's classic fairy tales present lessons of virtue and resilience in the face of adversity. Edmund Dulac was one of the most prominent and prolific illustrators of his time. Both published by Hurst, one in 1922 and one in 1923. Both have a name inside and both suffer from the same original mediocre construction Hurst was famous for, all there, inside pages faded, bindins a a litte weak, corenrs rounded and some fraying on spines.
