INTERVIEW WITH THE AUTHOR Q - What makes Lady Jenniviere's Quill different? A - I write Lady Jenniviere's Quill to make a difference in how children read. I want my books to offer important messages, to invite imagination, to show a different view point, but most importantly to teach children that life isn't always wrapped up in a neatly packaged happy ending. Sometimes the hero wins, sometime they fail and sometimes the monster turns out to be the hero. Life isn't black and white. My books are written to illustrate the beauty of the gray parts. Q -What order should I read the books in? A - Although, some characters appear in more than one book, I've written the series so you can read the books in any order. Q -So, why should readers give these books a try? A -Lady Jenniviere's Quill books are written so both children and their parents will enjoy reading them. It is my hope that the books will serve as a springboard for discussion. That is why each Lady Jenniviere's Quill book has a lifelesson.
