This story was originally conceptualized in 2000, when my sons were one and two years old. Challenged by motherhood and inspired by their antics, I wrote this story. I visualized the illustrations. Although I can draw, I discovered illustration was not my medium of expression. When I met Michael, a talented graphic artist, I shared the story and he grasped my vision immediately. Michael is my friend and confidant, and I am forever grateful that he made the story come to life.
