Books with title Winnie-the-pooh meets gopher

Rare 1926 hardcover, stated First Edition October 1926, Thirty-ninth Edition November 1926. No dustjacket. Broken, loose spine. Some pages are coming loose. All are tanned with age. Some have rough edges, some minor edge tears. Dark green boards have corner wear, some surface stains in spots. Gold lettering has dulled with age. This is a great reading copy and a terrific entry level antique copy of this classic title! Will be carefully wrapped, packed and shipped in a brand new shipping box!

If you happen t have read another book about Christoper Robin, you may remember that he once had a swan (or the swan had Christoper Robin, I don't know which) and that he used to call this swan Pooh. that was a long time ago, and when we said good-bye, we took the name with us, as we didn't think the swan would want it any more. Well, when Edward Bear said the he would like an exciting name all to himself, Christoper Robin said at once, without stopping tot think, that he was Winnie-the-Pooh.
