"Starting Off with..." is a brand new series written to give children aged 5 and upwards a head start in early maths. The full colour artwork supports and explains the text as well as being entertaining and motivating. A wide variety of activities gives opportunity for lots of practice in newskills. The content of each book ties in closely with the Numeracy Strategy in the UK.In addition to detailed information about telling the time, Starting Off with Time gives a strong sense of daily routine linked to the time of day, and the regular pattern of days, weeks, months of the year and the seasons.
