Books in Children Around the World series

  • Leo, Ana, and Santi stay at home

    Elisa Guerra, Ana RoGu

    (Independently published, April 11, 2020)
During the times of social distancing due to the novel coronavirus, Leo, Ana, and Santi stay at home. There are so many things to do, that each day promises to be an adventure. The books in the series "Around the world" are intended to accompany the little ones in their first steps to become global citizens. Additionally, the books favor early reading by presenting large print texts separated from the illustrations. When repeatedly read to the children, they can create a growing visual vocabulary. The books are consistent with the early reading programs developed initially by Glenn Doman ® and later adapted by Elisa Guerra to be used at schools. Each book in this series was written by Elisa Guerra and illustrated by her daughter Ana RoGu, who, from her earliest years, enjoyed a homeschooling program with her mother and siblings, following the programs by Glenn Doman. Leo, Ana, and Santi, Elisa's children, were the inspiration behind these books for the early learning of all children.
