Every child in our school, based in Glasgow’s Easterhouse, has been given the chance to become a published poet by sharing a written snapshot of how they see themselves during the session 2016-17.Our talented children, aged from 5 to 11 years, have each written a self-portrait in their own words and chosen style. Within the electronic ‘covers’ of our book you will find some thoughtful descriptions, some honest revelations and some glowing ambitions. Available to read on Kindle or (using the Kindle App) on your PC, tablet and phone, we hope that families and friends of our school will enjoy reading this collection as much as our young poets have enjoyed creating it.
