The eighth story in the It’s “Fun to Read Series” is Frida and Friends. This adventure told with humour is much enjoyed by children from 6 to 12. Frida is a lively Dalmatian with a love of running as well as all the other things dogs like doing such as sniffing , eating and being loyal. She finds fame from her glamorous looks and special talents in the show ring and makes some good friends too. Horses play a role in this story as well. In written in easy to understand English and can be read by children and enjoyed by adults. Teachers of English will find the stories in this series an excellent tool for stimulating both reading and grammar skills.
