Sometimes these powers are hard to learn, and trouble seems to happen. The families of Comet reindeer are all space travelers. Kaylee Comet just can’t wait to visit her favorite constellation, Cassiopeia. She has learned to fly pretty well, when she decides to ‘space travel’ before learning the signal colors. She is floating in space around Cassiopeia, and realizes she is exhausted. She doesn’t know how to get back to the Reindeer Corral safely. At the Reindeer Corral, her friends are wondering where she is! Then, in the sky, a faint flash of red...another flash of orange...another flash of yellow! Her teacher, Skyler, realizes that Kaylee is all alone, way out there in space. An adventurous and bungling rescue takes place...and all are safe.

Cupid As little fawns, the world’s most famous reindeer have adventures, struggles, and accomplishments. They each have a special power that helps Santa on Christmas Eve. Sometimes these powers are hard to learn, and trouble seems to happen. The families of Cupids have the gift of ‘talk’, for peace, and better understanding for all. Cody Cupid is frustrated that the other fawns call him ‘slippery lips’, just because the words don’t come out right all the time. Cody and his best Friend, Snoah the owl, are having a wild run today, all the way to the end of Spruce Wood. The last opening in the woods reveals a new world to them that includes a mischievous, human, little girl. Cody thinks that this human; talking in rhyme...all the time...is very interesting! They become friends, and Dr. Tao takes them on an adventure to the Grove of Knowledge. Cody is so happy to learn that he is not alone, and it’s wonderful to be different.

Prancer As little fawns, the world’s most famous reindeer have adventures, struggles, and accomplishments. They each have a special power that helps Santa on Christmas Eve. Sometimes these powers are hard to learn, and trouble seems to happen. Prancer is only two weeks old, when an unexpected blizzard finds him rolling down a ravine. A wonderful wolf leader finds him and brings him to his family’s den for the winter. Prancer has lots of fun with his wolf-cub brothers, but is sad that he looks and sounds so different. The elder wolves think they know where others like him live, and bring him home to his family at the Reindeer Corral. It’s a joyous reunion, and Peppy Prancer is happy to know that he’s one of Santa’s reindeer.

Blitzen Billy Blitzen is from the South Pole. His best friend is Jacatna, a snow leopard from China, and speaks a word of Chinese, now and then. The food supply is getting low at the South Pole, and the water level is rising, so Blitzen and Jacatna are off on an amazing adventure to find a better place for all their friends to live. They cross the ocean, hanging onto Slicker the whale, climb mountains, and finally find to the North Pole. There is a lot to learn in this new land. Some helpful friends are, Plato, the empire penguin, Wooly the seal, and Bhu Wolf. They have a grand welcome from all of Santa’s reindeer and all the animals that live in Spruce Wood.
