There are lots of different kinds of weather. Have you seen a storm with wind and thunder and lightning? Some days have rain and hail. In cold places there is snow and frost. What weather do you like?

Do you like going fast in races? Some animals like to go as fast as they can in races, too. Ostriches and camels are fast, but crabs and snails are much slower.

What do you know about a volcano? When a mountain erupts, it explodes! Hot melted rock, called lava, comes out of its top and flows down the side of the mountain! People need to keep away from real volcanoes, but you can have fun making your own volcano!

We all know what is inside the skin of a banana. Have you ever eaten shellfish? Some other things that we eat give us a surprise when we see what is inside.

Do you know some animals that have horns? How many horns do they have? Most horns are hard and strong. Some animals use their horns to stop other animals from fighting with them. Which ones can fight with their horns?

Caves can be deep and dark, but they can also be small and narrow. There are people who like to crawl and climb through damp, dark caves. Why do they do this? Have you ever been inside a cave? What does it feel like? What might you see inside a cave? Lets find out.

Can you hop? How do you hop? Can you hop on your left foot? Can you hop on your right foot? Lots of animals can hop too. Do you know which animals can hop?

Can you run fast? Sometimes we like to go slowly. Do you know some animals that move slowly? Why? Which animals do you know that are slow movers?

Buddy is a good pet. He is a clever dog because he likes to play games and do lots of tricks. He is always busy doing all sorts of things he likes.

Do you help with cooking at home? There are lots of different ways to cook food. How would you cook pancakes or corn or hamburgers? What would you cook in an oven?

Are you good at listening? Lets keep very quiet and listen. What sounds can you hear at school? What sounds can you hear at home?

What does a little seed need to help it grow into a new plant? As well as water to drink and sunshine to warm it, the new little plant needs a space. It needs room to spread its roots, and grow shoots and leaves. How does a little seed find a place to grow?
