Joy Berry approaches the topic in a straight forward manner explaining the words and concepts and then giving concrete instructions on what to do and how to retain one's self-confidence. Although intended for the young reader/listener, teenagers and adults may also benefit by reading these "Let's Talk About . . ." series of books to children.
