  • Rediscovering Jesus: Finding God's Son Among Counterfeit Christs

    Dewayne Bryant

language (Anchor Digital Publishing, Aug. 18, 2014)
The images of Christ in popular media and culture are startlingly diverse, and the “search” for the real Jesus of the Bible has been long-lived quest. With a firm understanding of both the Scripture’s testimony and historical evidence, along with a grasp of the popular images of Christ, Bryant helps acquaint the reader with the evidence supporting the Bible’s presentation of Jesus. In addition, he demystifies these culturally-driven images, providing a rationale for the modern desire to seek a “new” Christ. Readers will appreciate the straightforward and comprehensible way in which the author clarifies the points of controversy and reassures that the Jesus of the Bible is believable.
