Orig. published in 1953, this is the fifth printing of 1960. Hardcover book has red cloth-covered boards with black lettering & embossed image on front cover/spine. Condition is only Good: generally very clean, but with a darker smudged area to front cover near outside fore edge & slight darkening to all outside page edges. Binding is strong & straight, NO writing or underlining or highlighting; NOT ex-lib. Other flaws: heavily bumped corners, rubbing to extremities. The clipped DJ is downgraded to Poor due to heavy edgewear, many small chips/creases, small holes, large missing chunk at bottom spine & back cover, vertical closed tear ascending diagonally from gold-colored award sticker on front cover.
