  • Andy Finds a Friend

    Linda G Smith, Avery Sun

Paperback (Xulon Press, April 30, 2017)
Andy is a little panda who really wants a friend. On his search he meets two neighbors and very politely asks for their help in his search. When he finds someone in trouble, he is quick to help. Then, after some much needed help from his mother, he finds a friend. Proverbs 17:17a "A friend loves at all times." This is a story I made up when my two year old daughter asked for a story at nap time. The story lived on through the next two children, and five grandchildren. Speaking politely to elders, helping someone in need, and asking for help when the situation arises, are all values we need to instill in our children. The illustrations for this book were done by my ten year old granddaughter, Avery. God is good.
