The villagers all describe a terrible man-eating dragon, but nobody has actually seen the dragon eat a person. Even more curious, although the dragon is rumored to have eaten up to a hundred people, none of the villagers are missing. Tilo comes to believe that the dragon is a rumor. Tilo journeys to the top of the mountain to investigate, and find what is really terrorizing the town.
