Gary Sanchez the illustrator of this book has illustrated for several award winning books. Gary began his formal art education as a young teenager at McAteer High School of the Arts in San Francisco Ca., where he specialized in painting. He continued his art education and earned a degree in Graphic Arts from the College of Eastern Utah. He specializes in 3-D animation, printmaking, and writing, but his talents extend to paintings, illustrations, sculptures, photography, graphic design, and drawings. Gary has been working at International Gaming Technology in Reno for over 16 years as an Artist, creating games. Gary and his wife Jennifer, and their beautiful daughters reside in Reno, Nevada. He and his family are very active at the Bridge Church, where they attend. Proceeds from the book go to charitable organizations to support missionaries and orphans.
