Everyone has secrets. Secrets that hold you, wrapping their invisible fingers over your mouth, commanding you to keep them inside, but most people’s secrets aren’t like Katharine’s, and when her secrets are exposed due to the Red X, a terrorist group focused on taking down the main players of Washington D.C., she has another thing coming. Ripped from her life in hiding, she is forced to face her demons in D.C., a place she thought she’d never return. Facing her broken family while being targeted by the Red X, a group set on exposing the wrongdoers of Washington, threatening to ruin her family in the process, Katharine decides to face the Red X head on. Secrets and lies run deep as Katharine deals with everyone from potential terrorist leaders to the children of D.C., hoping she can face this threat while still managing to keep who her family really is trapped inside.
