āThe Little oneā is a story about dealing with fear and learning about a truth of life. Aimed at children aged 5 to 12, the black and white sketched artwork by a pencil follows the little one who wakes up at a secret place with knowing nothing about itself. The life with the only company that the little one doesnāt even know its name is safe, simple and quiet but the moment wondering about the outside world, the little one starts to learn what is being scared and how to deal with it step by step. At the end of the story, the little one realises that it must be faced with fear and see positive sides of the uncertainty of the life to be truly what it is. The story, āThe Little Oneā teaches children that although the fear of uncertainty is a strong emotional swirl that might overwhelm peopleās mind regardless of ages, it can be a powerful tool to make you stronger and to be ready for obstacles heading on the choice you make. It addresses the feeling of being scared that often accompanies anxiety and depression by endless worries, and shows that it is nothing to be ashamed of, and instead something that can be eased and ultimately conquered.
