This book has been carefully written and illustrated that all children no matter what age can understand the story. To most children their safe place would be home however, this isn’t the case for many. Their Safe Place could be a foster carers, grandmas house or even a family centre.It can be difficult for children to open up and express their true feelings. Reading books and and looking at pictures are a great talking point for children.
